About these terms
These terms apply when you book a cleaning with Crystal Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to them. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
Estimates and booking
An estimate is based on the details you give us about your home and the cleaning you want. If the home or the job is different from what you described, the price may change. We tell you before we start.
We clean homes only: houses, apartments, condos, townhomes, and rental properties. We do not clean offices or commercial spaces. We serve Orange County, California.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a small fee. If we cannot get into the home at the agreed time, we treat it as a late cancellation.
Access and preparation
Please make sure we can get into the home at the agreed time, and tell us about pets, alarms, or areas we should not enter. We bring our own supplies and equipment.
Damage and claims
We take every precaution to handle your home with care, but accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, report it to us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will work with you to resolve it. We are insured.
Satisfaction
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
